As a Software Developer at The Modern House, you'll be at the forefront of crafting innovative digital solutions for our renowned real estate platform. As a Software Developer at The Modern House, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development of our website and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build new features, optimize existing ones, and ensure our digital platforms are robust and scalable. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment where your contributions directly impact the business and our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop new features and improve existing functionalities across our web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of our digital platforms. Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and system performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate future development.
What We're Looking For:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach complex problems with creativity and logical thinking. You should be comfortable handling challenges and finding innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every piece of code is optimized for performance and maintainability.
