"Parquet floors lead to a lovely sunken living room, with concealed planters laid into the sandy-hued terracotta tiles."

Located in the peaceful setting of Westrow in Putney, this light-filled three-bedroom house was built in 1961 by the renowned development company Span. It was sympathetically extended in 1973 by the Swiss architect Walter Strebel, who also lived at Westrow, to add a lovely sunken living space with a west-facing flat roof above to the original Eric Lyons design. The house retains its best mid-century features, and offers a great opportunity to restore and renovate a rare original.
