Earlier this week the RIBA announced the winning projects from those buildings shortlisted for the London Regional Awards 2017.
A number of residences previously sold by The Modern House received the prestigious prize and congratulations are in order for Amin Taha’s Spruce Apartments in Stoke Newington, Stiff + Trevillion’s Victoria Street development and vPPR’s Chance Street project.
Congratulations are also due to 31/44 Architects who won the Regional Small Project of the Year Award for No 49.
